Shall I get a quote first or just book you in?
If you know the job is quite straight forward then booking it in is normally best with some pictures sent beforehand via WhatsApp.
If you have a bigger job or it's more complex then I'm happy to come out first to take a look and give an estimated price.
How much do you charge?
Most work is priced per job to ensure you know the upfront costs which includes a breakdown of materials.
I will send you an estimate before the work is agreed upon and often come in at around that cost.
No extra costs are added without full consent from the customer.
What jobs are you qualified to do?
As a Handyman you are required to have the tools for many different types of work and not usually qualified in one specific trade. However experience is the best teacher and we are great problem solvers where as some tradespeople shy away from helping out in other areas. If there is anything I feel is beyond the scope of my practice I will always let you know.
I like to try and help where I can in most areas but I normally avoid the following: plumbing, carpet fitting, gardening.
